We picked this hotel for its location near to the train station and it was very handy. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable too. But the room wasn't clean with dust everywhere. They need to give their rooms a proper cleaning when they are unoccupied.

I wanted to have a hotel which is closer to the train station. Saw the standard room photos online which was descent and therefore trusted the source and booked a room during walk in. But the condition of the room was old and need renewing… toilet is moldy and the power point is falling apart. If you only want to have a place to store bags and shower then that’s fine. But if you’d want a comfortable room, then make sure to check the room before booking.

Worst hotel booking I did with agoda

I booked at eternity hotel via Agoda but it was closed and there's a note that said I will check in Hanoi Avatar. When I arrived there the reception guy was rude and not helpful at all. I went to the room and was shocked it was not the room I expected. Very small and when I slept I was itching and felt something crawling. Lift the pillow then saw 3 bed bugs, lift the blanket and there's more. I then checked out and told the guy I need a refund so the guy told me that he will give my refund the next day. He advised me to contact agoda too which i did and haven't received any response. So the next day I went back to get my refund and people at the reception just told me they can't do anything I just need to contact agoda. They don't care at all. I'm really disappointed I hope that anyone who booked with this hotels would cancel it to not have same experience as I am

Just catch this hotel on Internet and booked for my short trip in Hanoi, that was the right decision. Very fast response and details information, that is the first impression. Only 5 minutes walking to the Viet Xo Culture palace where I had exhibition was another plus point, and if anyone want to try train trip to somewhere in Vietnam, you can also reach Hanoi train station in 5 minutes walking too. Clean and well organized room, friendly staff and well served breakfast, I need all that for a business trip. Worth to mentioned that price is quite reasonable for me too. To conclude, you should give this hotel a try when come to Hanoi.

The hotel is pretty close to Hanoi train station. It’s the perfect place to have a shower and get some breakfast when you arrive in Hanoi by train in the early morning. We stayed in the room only for a couple of hours and were overall satisfied; it was clean, the staff was friendly and it does come at a very fair price.
